1. General Introduction, Definitions and Provisions
1.1 Operator
The term “the Operator” refers to: Holland Gaming Technology Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Malta, registered under number C100130, with its registered office at Depiro Point, Block B, No. 2, Triq Mons G. Depiro, SLM2033 Sliema, Malta (EU).
The Operator provides remote gambling services via the website oranjepalace.nl (the “Website”) and acts as the contractual counterparty of the Account Holder.
All references in these Terms to “Oranje Palace”, the “Website”, or the “Operator” shall refer to Holland Gaming Technology Ltd., unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Operator’s customer support is available 24/7 via the Website.
1.2 Terms and Applicability
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the Account Holder and the Operator with respect to the use of the Website and the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings between the parties.
By:
- creating a Player Account;
- logging into the Website;
- using the Services; or
- participating in any games of chance,
the Account Holder confirms that he/she:
- has read and understood these Terms;
- agrees to be bound by them; and
- will comply with them at all times.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, supplement or update these Terms from time to time.
In the event of material changes, the Account Holder will be notified in advance via the Website and/or by email.
If the Account Holder does not agree to the amended Terms, he/she must immediately cease using the Services.
For bets already placed or ongoing games, the Terms in force at the time of participation shall continue to apply.
The most current version of these Terms shall at all times be available on the Website.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
1.3 “the Account Holder”: a natural person aged 18 years or older who has created a Player Account with the Operator and has thereby entered into a contractual relationship with the Operator for the use of the Services.
1.4 “Oranje Palace”: the trade name under which the Operator operates the Website oranjepalace.nl and offers the Services.
1.5 “Agreement”: the contractual relationship between the Account Holder and the Operator, as set out in these Terms and any applicable rules and regulations.
1.6 “Applicable Law”: the laws of the Netherlands.
1.7 “Place of the Agreement”: the Netherlands.
1.8 “Regulator”: the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit or “Ksa”), responsible for the supervision of gambling activities in the Netherlands and the granting of licences.
1.9 “Competent Authorities”: government bodies and regulatory authorities that, under applicable laws and regulations, are authorised to supervise the activities of the Operator.
1.10 “Website”: the online platform operated by the Operator, accessible via oranjepalace.nl, through which the Services are provided.
1.11 “Services”: the remote gambling services and related functionalities offered by the Operator via the Website, including promotions and additional features.
1.12 “Client Application”: all software applications used by or on behalf of the Operator that are required for the provision and operation of the Services.
1.13 “Software”: all software used by or on behalf of the Operator for offering and delivering the Services, and for the operation of the Website and the Client Application.
1.14 “Player Account”: the personal Player Account created and maintained by the Account Holder with the Operator, which is used to participate in the Services and games offered by the Operator.
1.15 “Inactive Player Account”: a Player Account on which no activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months.
1.16 “Current Player Account”: the bank account held in the name of the Account Holder and verified by the Operator, which is used for deposits and withdrawals. The use of third-party accounts or credit cards as a Current Account is not permitted.
1.17 “Card”: a payment instrument, such as a debit card or credit card, used to make deposits or other payments.
1.18 “Payment Service Provider”: a third party that facilitates payment services and acts as an intermediary in transactions between the Account Holder and the Operator.
1.19 “Financial Institution”: a bank or other regulated entity authorised under applicable laws and regulations to provide financial services.
1.20 “Gambling Tax”: the tax applicable to gambling activities in the Netherlands.
1.21 “Prize”: any monetary amount, bonus or other reward that may be won or obtained by the Account Holder through the Services.
1.22 “Force Majeure”: any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Operator or the Account Holder that prevents the performance of obligations in whole or in part, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental measures or the revocation of licences, failures in electricity, telecommunications or IT systems, strikes, and pandemics.
1.23 “Intellectual Property Rights”: all rights relating to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, software, texts, images and other content made available via the Website and the Services, which are owned by the Operator or its licensors.
1.24 “Games”: all games of chance and related gaming activities made available by the Operator via the Website, including but not limited to casino games, betting, bingo, and any other gaming content or functionalities forming part of the Services.
1.25 “CRUKS”: a register managed by the Dutch government in which individuals are listed who are (temporarily) excluded from participating in high‑risk games of chance, including online casinos and land-based gaming halls.
1.26 “Privacy Notice”: describes which personal data are collected, why they are collected, how they are used, how they are protected, and what rights users have.
2. Licences and Supervision
2.1 Licence
The Operator offers remote games of chance on the basis of a licence granted by the Dutch Gambling Authority.
Licence number: 1631/01.272.522
Date of issuance: 20 September 2022
2.2 Applicable Laws and Regulations
The Services are offered in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Netherlands.
2.3 Supervision
The Services are subject to supervision by the Dutch Gambling Authority.
The Operator shall at all times remain responsible for offering the Services under this licence.
3. Player Account and Registration
3.1 Creation of a Player Account
A person may only use the Services if he/she has created a Player Account with the Operator.
To create a Player Account, he/she must submit a registration request and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including at least:
- first and last name;
- date of birth;
- place of birth;
- residential address;
- email address and (mobile) telephone number;
- bank account details;
- a valid identification document;
- and the Burger Service Number (BSN).
The Operator may request additional information or documentation to verify the identity and details of the applicant.
A Player Account may only be created by a natural person aged 18 years or older. The Operator performs checks to verify the information provided and may restrict or suspend the Player Account until such verification has been completed.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse a registration request, to the extent permitted by law.
3.2 Representations and Warranties of the Account Holder
By creating a Player Account, the Account Holder represents and warrants that:
- he/she is a natural person aged 18 years or older;
- he/she has full legal capacity;
- he/she acts solely on his/her own behalf and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party;
- he/she is not excluded from participating in games of chance, including through CRUKS;
- he/she informs the Operator through the Player Account if he/she is a professional player of, or in any way involved in, a sport, competition, or class on which the Operator offers bets, including involvement in the organisation thereof;
- the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date;
- no funds derived from illegal activities are used;
- no payment methods are used unlawfully;
- the Services are not used for fraud, money laundering or other unlawful purposes;
- no automated systems are used to manipulate the Services;
- the Services are used solely for personal and recreational purposes;
- he/she has taken note of the information available on the Website regarding the risks of gambling addiction, responsible gaming and the Operator’s policy on addiction prevention;
- he/she understands what is meant by gambling-related crime, money laundering and the financing of terrorism and will not engage in such activities;
- he/she understands that game rules, winning probabilities, determination of outcomes and payout percentages are specified per game;
- he/she understands the costs associated with participation in games of chance;
- he/she understands how to contact the Operator and how to submit a complaint;
The Account Holder is obliged to keep his/her details up to date.
3.3 Acceptance and Applicability of the Terms
By submitting a registration request, the person confirms that he/she:
- has taken note of these Terms;
- accepts these Terms; and
- agrees to their applicability.
The Agreement is governed by:
- these Terms;
- applicable laws and regulations;
- the betting rules (where applicable);
- any additional game rules and/or policies; and
- decisions of Competent Authorities.
The Place of the Agreement is the Netherlands and the Applicable Law is Dutch law.
3.4 Accuracy and Currency of Data
The Account Holder guarantees that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
If the Operator determines that incorrect or misleading information has been provided, a Player Account may be refused, restricted, suspended or closed.
3.5 Responsible Gaming and Gaming Limits
3.5.1 Gaming Limits
Upon creating a Player Account, the Account Holder is required to set limits relating to:
- maximum playing time (session limit);
- deposits (deposit limit);
- balance (balance limit).
A reduction of a limit takes effect immediately.
Any increase of a limit shall only take effect after a minimum period of 7 days.
The Operator may impose additional limits or reduce existing limits.
3.5.2 Responsible Gaming – Player Account Settings
The Account Holder may, among other things:
- temporarily exclude himself/herself from participation in the Services (self-exclusion);
- set and modify limits;
- unsubscribe from promotions.
Self‑exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be lifted during the selected period.

3.5.3 Interventions in Cases of Risky Gaming Behaviour
The Operator may take measures in case of risky gaming behaviour, including restricting or closing the Player Account.
The Account Holder may make use of the available tools or register in CRUKS.
3.5.4 Increase of the Net Deposit Limit and Financial Affordability
When an Account Holder submits a request to increase the net deposit limit, the Operator may request the Account Holder to provide additional information, including information regarding the source of funds and financial affordability.
The Operator will assess such a request in the context of responsible gambling and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse a request to increase limits if:
- the requested information is not provided; or
- an increase is deemed irresponsible in light of the Account Holder’s gambling behavior and financial affordability.
3.6 Powers and Measures of the Operator
The Operator is entitled, where there is reason to do so, to:
- restrict, suspend or close a Player Account;
- refuse or block transactions;
- request additional verification;
- block funds, to the extent permitted by law;
- restrict participation in Services in case of fraud, abuse or irresponsible behaviour
- to refer the Account Holder to the Regulator, accompanied by advice to consider registration in CRUKS.
3.7 Player Account Use and Restrictions
3.7.1 Use of a Player Account
The Player Account is intended solely for participation in the Services.
The Player Account does not accrueinterest and cannot have a negative balance.
The Account Holder shall not treat the Operator as a financial institution.
3.7.2 One Player Account per Account Holder
The Account Holder may only hold one Player Account.
3.7.3 Non-transferability of the Player Account
The Player Account is personal and non-transferable.
3.7.4 Use of the Player Account by Third Parties
The Account Holder may not grant third parties access to the Player Account.
3.7.5 Current Player Account and Verification
The Current Player Account must be in the name of the Account Holder and may, after prior verification, be used exclusively by the Account Holder.
Only one Current Player Account may be used.
3.8 Inactive Player Account
A Player Account is considered inactive if no login has taken place for a continuous period of 12 months while a positive balance remains.
3.8.1 Closure of an Inactive Player Account
Once the balance amounts to € 0, the Operator may close the Player Account.
3.8.2 Reactivation of an Inactive Player Account
The Player Account is considered active again once the Account Holder logs in.
3.9 Chargebacks (Reversal of Payments)
A chargeback is the reversal of a payment by the bank or card issuer at the request of the payer. In the event of a chargeback, the following provisions apply:
- the Operator may restrict or suspend the Player Account and request additional information;
- the Operator may charge the costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.
3.10 Closure and Termination of the Player Account
3.10.1 Termination by the Account Holder
The Account Holder may close the Player Account at any time.
3.10.2 Termination by the Operator
The Operator may close a Player Account, including in cases of:
- breach of these Terms;
- fraud or abuse;
- incorrect information;
- legal obligations;
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close a Player Account and/or refuse deposits if there are grounds to do so, without being obliged to provide the Player with the reasons for such actions.
3.10.3 Consequences of Termination of the Player Account
Upon closure, obligations already incurred shall remain in force.
Any remaining balance shall, after verification, be paid out.
3.11 Geographical Restrictions and Access to the Services
The Services are only available to Account Holders who are physically located in the Netherlands at the time of registration and use.
The Account Holder is not permitted to use the Services from any country or jurisdiction where participation in the games of chance offered by the Operator is not permitted.
The Operator applies technical and administrative measures, including geolocation and IP checks, to prevent access from non-permitted jurisdictions.
If the Operator determines or reasonably suspects that an Account Holder is located outside the Netherlands or is using means to circumvent geographical restrictions, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by law:
- restrict or block access to the Services;
- suspend or close the Player Account;
- suspend or declare transactions void.
The Account Holder is responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations of the country in which he/she is located.
3.12 Exclusion from Participation
Employees and affiliated parties of the Operator or of game providers, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from participating in the Games and Services of the Operator.
4. Payments and Transactions
4.1 General Payment Rules
The Account Holder may only:
- make deposits to the Player Account using a payment method that is in his/her name and originates from a Financial Institution or a recognised Payment Service Provider;
- request withdrawals to the Current Account that is in his/her name.
The Account Holder is not permitted to allow third parties to use the Player Account to make deposits or withdrawals.
The Account Holder is responsible for complying with these provisions.
In the event of a breach, the Operator is entitled to take measures, including restricting, suspending or closing the Player Account.
4.2 Participation and Available Player Account Balance
The Operator does not accept participation in the Services, including bets or stakes, unless:
- a Player Account has been opened in the name of the Account Holder; and
- sufficient balance is available on the Player Account to cover the participation.
4.3 Debits from the Player Account Balance
The Operator is entitled to debit the balance of the Player Account in the following cases:
- for placing a bet or participating in a game of chance;
- for processing a withdrawal at the request of the Account Holder;
- if the balance limit is exceeded, in which case the excess may be returned to the Current Account;
- for charging reasonable costs, provided these have been communicated in advance;
- insofar as otherwise permitted under these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.
4.4 Deposit Limits and Payment Methods
Depending on the selected payment method, minimum and maximum limits may apply to deposits.
These limits may differ from the deposit limits set by the Account Holder as referred to in Article 3.
4.5 Transaction Monitoring
The Operator may review and monitor transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the prevention of money laundering, fraud and other unlawful activities.
Suspicious transactions may be investigated and, where required, reported to the Competent Authorities.
4.6 Fees and Charges
The Operator shall only charge fees in the following cases:
- fees related to chargebacks as described in Article 3.9;
- other fees, provided these have been clearly communicated to the Account Holder in advance and are permitted by law.
4.7 Protection of Player Funds
The Operator holds the funds of Account Holders separately from its own operational funds.
These funds are held in a separate account with a Financial Institution or through a designated third-party funds structure, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Operator ensures that player funds are adequately protected against claims by creditors of the Operator. In the event of suspension of payments or bankruptcy of the Operator, player funds shall, to the extent permitted by law, be kept separate from the estate and used for the benefit of payouts to Account Holders.
The Operator acts in accordance with the requirements set by the Dutch Gambling Authority regarding the protection of player funds.
4.8 Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Wwft)
The Operator is at all times entitled, in the context of laws and regulations including the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), to request additional information and documentation from the Account Holder.
This information may include, but is not limited to:
- a valid identification document;
- proof of address;
- bank statements;
- information regarding the source of funds;
- information regarding wealth and/or source of income;
- additional verification of payment methods used.
The Operator is entitled to monitor the Player Account at all times and to analyse transactions for unusual or suspicious patterns, including but not limited to:
- irregular gaming behaviour;
- unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns;
- indications of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activities.
The Operator is entitled to suspend, restrict or block the Player Account until the requested information and documentation have been provided in full and to the satisfaction of the Operator.
If the Account Holder fails to provide the requested information in a timely or complete manner, or if the information provided is deemed insufficient or incorrect, the Operator is entitled to:
- close the Player Account;
- refuse withdrawals;
- suspend the balance in whole or in part;
- block further participation in the Services.
The Operator is entitled to report suspicious transactions and/or activities to the Competent Authorities without prior notice to the Account Holder, where required by law or where the Operator deems this necessary.
The Operator shall not be liable for any damage resulting from measures taken under this article, to the extent that such measures are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Operator acts in accordance with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), the Sanctions Act 1977 and other applicable laws and regulations.
4.9 Gambling Tax
The Operator shall, where required by law, ensure the payment of gambling tax on Prizes obtained by the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall not be required to pay separate gambling tax, unless otherwise determined under applicable laws and regulations.
5. Security
5.1 Confidentiality and Data Sharing
The Operator shall treat the Account Holder’s data confidentially and process such data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data may be disclosed to third parties where necessary for the performance of the Services or where the Operator is required to do so by law, a court order or a request from a Competent Authority.
5.2 Account Credentials and Security
The Account Holder is responsible for keeping his/her account credentials, including username and password, confidential.
The Account Holder must take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access to the Account.
If the Account Holder suspects that third parties have access to the Account, he/she must immediately notify customer support and change the password.
The Operator shall not be liable for damage resulting from unauthorised use of the Account, to the extent that such damage is not attributable to the Operator.
5.3 Communication and Call Recording
The Operator may record and store communications between the Account Holder and customer support for purposes such as quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance with laws and regulations.
5.4 Registration of Communication
The Operator stores electronic communication between the Account Holder and the Operator insofar as necessary for the performance of the Services and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.5 Payment Security
Deposits and other payments may be subject to security checks by the Operator, a Payment Service Provider or a Financial Institution.
A payment may be refused as a result of such checks, without the Operator having insight into the specific reason.
5.6 Additional Verification
The Operator may, prior to processing deposits or withdrawals, request additional information or documentation to verify:
- the identity of the Account Holder;
- the use of payment methods;
- and the accuracy of the information provided.
Until such information has been provided to the satisfaction of the Operator, the relevant transaction may be suspended.
5.7 Errors and Misuse
It is not permitted to make use of errors, malfunctions or deficiencies in the Website, the Software or the Services.
If an Account Holder becomes aware of such an error or deficiency, he/she must immediately report this to the Operator and refrain from further use that may result in an advantage.
If this provision is violated, the Operator may take appropriate measures, including restricting, suspending or closing the Player Account and, to the extent permitted by law, correcting any improperly obtained advantages.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
6.1 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are originally drafted in the Dutch language. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or conflict between the Dutch version and any translated version, the Dutch version shall prevail and be legally binding.
6.2 Responsibility of the Account Holder
The Account Holder is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to him/her.
The Operator does not provide legal, financial or tax advice. If the Account Holder requires such advice, he/she must consult a qualified advisor or authority.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
If the Operator is held liable, such liability shall be limited to the amount available on the Player Account of the Account Holder or, if lower, the amount staked by the Account Holder in relation to the relevant event.
This limitation does not apply where the damage results from wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.
6.4 No Guarantees and Availability of the Services
The Operator makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, continuity, error-free operation or suitability of the Services.
The Operator does not guarantee that the Website or Services will be available at all times without interruption, delay or errors.
The Account Holder uses the Services at his/her own risk.
6.5 Use of Names and Content
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Operator is not affiliated with or connected to third parties, including sports teams, event organisers or Account Holders displayed on the Website.
Names, logos and other designations are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply ownership or partnership.
6.6 Liability for Actions of the Account Holder
The Operator shall not be liable for damage or losses arising directly or indirectly from actions of the Account Holder, including but not limited to:
- the use of payment methods or accounts not in the name of the Account Holder;
- the provision of incorrect or incomplete information;
- allowing third parties to use the Player Account.
6.7 Use and Access to the Services
The Account Holder is responsible for:
- access to and use of the Website and the Services;
- the equipment and internet connection used; and
- securing systems, software and data against unauthorised access or loss.
6.8 Technical Errors and Malfunctions
The Operator shall not be liable for damage or losses arising directly or indirectly from technical errors, malfunctions or inaccuracies, including but not limited to:
- errors in data, results or information;
- technical failures, interruptions or delays;
- errors in communication or data transmission systems;
- obvious mistakes.
6.9 Information on the Website and the Accuracy Thereof
All information on the Website, including results, statistics and other data, is provided for informational purposes only.
The Operator shall not be liable for inaccuracies, incompleteness or delays in such information, nor for decisions made based on such information.
6.10 Interruption of the Services
If participation in the Services is interrupted due to a technical malfunction, the Operator shall take reasonable measures to resolve the situation appropriately.
If continuation is not possible, the Operator may terminate the game and, where applicable, refund the stake.
6.11 Consequences of Service Interruptions
If a Service does not function properly, the Operator may:
- terminate participation; and
- refund the stake and, where applicable, credit the accumulated balance.
6.12 CRUKS Outages and Consequences
If, due to a technical malfunction in CRUKS, an Account Holder is nevertheless able to use the Services, the Operator reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including correcting any improperly obtained advantages, to the extent permitted by law.
6.13 Digital Communication
Digital communication, including email and SMS, is provided for informational purposes only.
The Operator shall not be liable for errors, delays or failure to receive such messages.
6.14 Internet Risks
The Account Holder acknowledges that use of the Services via the internet involves risks, including malfunctions, delays, data loss and security risks.
The Operator shall not be liable for damage arising from such risks, to the extent that such damage is not attributable to the Operator.
6.15 Invalid Results and Corrections
Results, balances or outcomes shall be deemed invalid if they have arisen as a result of manipulation, misuse, technical errors or irregularities.
The Operator reserves the right to correct such results.
6.16 Processing of Requests and Communication
The Operator is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or incorrectly processed requests or communications, to the extent not attributable to the Operator.
6.17 Errors and Malfunctions in Games
Liability for errors or malfunctions in Games is limited to restoring the situation, including refunding the stake.
6.18 Exclusion of Indirect Damage
The Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage, including loss of profit, loss of data or reputational damage, to the extent not resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
6.19 Indemnification
The Account Holder indemnifies the Operator and its affiliated parties against damage and costs arising from:
- use of the Services in violation of these Terms;
- unlawful use of the Player Account;
- violation of laws and regulations.
6.20 Fictional Nature of the Services
The Account Holder acknowledges that the Services and Games are of a fictional nature and are intended solely for recreational use.
Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.
6.21 Modification(s) of the Services
The Operator reserves the right to modify, restrict or discontinue the Services, the Website or any part thereof at any time.
6.22 Recreational Use of the Services
Professional use or use with the aim of obtaining a structural financial advantage is not permitted.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 General
The Operator may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions or other commercial offers.
Such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are made available to the Account Holder in advance and must be accepted by the Account Holder.
The Account Holder may opt out of receiving bonuses or promotional offers at any time.
Bonuses form part of the Operator’s marketing activities and are not provided upon individual request. No rights may be derived from the (non-)receipt of bonuses.
7.2 Bonus Terms
Bonuses may be granted subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to requirements relating to deposits, wagering or wagering requirements.
A bonus and any resulting benefits shall only be granted if all conditions have been fully met.
If a bonus is cancelled or terminated before the conditions have been met, the bonus and any related benefits shall lapse.
Additional or deviating conditions may apply to individual bonuses or promotions. These conditions are communicated in advance and form an integral part of these Terms.
7.3 Restrictions and Target Group
7.3.1 Restriction per Account Holder
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, an Account Holder is only eligible for a bonus once.
This restriction applies per person, Player Account, email address, telephone number, payment method, IP address, device, household and other shared environments.
It is not permitted to create or use multiple Player Account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses.
7.3.2 Targeted Offers
The Operator reserves the right to offer bonuses and promotions only to specific Account Holders or groups of Account Holders.
7.3.3 Young Adults and Responsible Gaming
Bonuses and promotions are not granted to young adults (Account Holders aged 18 to 24) in the context of responsible gaming.
The Operator may also limit or exclude bonuses for Account Holders if deemed appropriate based on gaming behaviour or other relevant circumstances.
7.4 Bonus Abuse
7.4.1 Definition
Bonus abuse means any use of bonuses or promotions in violation of these Terms or with the aim of obtaining an unfair or unjustified advantage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- acting in breach of the applicable bonus terms;
- creating or using multiple Player Accounts;
- manipulating or circumventing bonus conditions;
- placing bets that do not reflect genuine gameplay;
- applying strategies aimed at achieving a guaranteed or risk-free advantage.
7.4.2 Measures in Case of Bonus Abuse
In the event of (suspected) bonus abuse, the Operator may take appropriate measures, including:
- refusing, cancelling or declaring bonuses and related benefits void;
- restricting participation in promotions or Services;
- excluding from future promotions;
- restricting, suspending or closing the Player Account.
Such measures may be taken to the extent permitted by law.
7.5 Specific Promotions (including “Refer a Friend”)
7.5.1 Applicability
Specific promotions, including “Refer a Friend” campaigns, may be subject to additional conditions. These conditions are communicated in advance and form part of these Terms.
7.5.2 Restrictions
It is not permitted to refer persons who:
- belong to the same household;
- use shared payment methods, IP addresses or devices;
- or have a close personal or financial relationship with the Account Holder.
7.5.3 Abuse of Promotions
In the event of (suspected) abuse of promotions, the Operator may take measures, including refusing or cancelling bonuses and excluding participation in the relevant promotion.
7.5.4 Age Restriction
Promotions, including “Refer a Friend” campaigns, are not available to young adults (Account Holders under the age of 24).
8. Chat Functionality
8.1 Use of Chat
Some Games include a chat function that allows the Account Holder to communicate with the dealer and/or other Account Holders.
The chat function is intended to promote a pleasant, safe and fair gaming environment.
It is not permitted to collude with other Account Holders via the chat, coordinate gameplay or otherwise influence the integrity of the Services. Private chats between Account Holders are not permitted.
8.2 Liability for Use of the Chat Function
The Operator shall not be liable for damage arising from the behaviour or statements of other Account Holders within the chat function, to the extent that such damage is not attributable to the Operator.
8.3 Indemnification
The Account Holder indemnifies the Operator and its affiliated parties against all damage, costs and claims arising from unlawful, illegal or inappropriate behaviour within the chat function, as well as from violation of these chat rules.
8.4 Moderation and Enforcement
The chat function may be moderated by the Operator and/or its software providers, both automatically and manually.
Communication via the chat function may be recorded and stored for a reasonable period.
In the event of (suspected) violation of these chat rules, the Operator may take appropriate measures, including:
- issuing a warning;
- restricting or blocking the chat function;
- temporarily or permanently excluding the Account Holder from using the chat function; and
- where appropriate, reporting communication to Competent Authorities.
8.5 Code of Conduct
The Account Holder must use the chat function in a respectful, fair and lawful manner and refrain from behaviour that may harm the gaming environment or other Account Holders.
It is, among other things, not permitted to use the chat function to:
- post offensive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate content;
- harass, intimidate or mislead other Account Holders;
- disrupt the normal course of conversation or gameplay;
- share or request personal data;
- impersonate another person or use a false identity;
- advertise third parties or external Websites;
- share content that violates laws or generally accepted standards, including pornographic, violent or hateful material;
- influence the outcome of a game by sharing game information or engaging in other forms of inappropriate behaviour.
The Account Holder must also use an appropriate username and, where applicable, the language customary at the table.
8.6 Applicability of the Chat Rules
These rules apply to all chat functionalities and communication between Account Holders within the Services.
The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement these rules. Depending on the game or Service, additional rules may apply.
9. Betting and Betting Regulations
9.1 Offering of Sports Bets
The Operator offers online sports betting through its Website and Software. The technical execution and processing of these bets are carried out by Kambi Malta Ltd (“Kambi”), established at Level 3, Quantum House, Triq L-Abate Rigord, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1127, Malta.
Without prejudice to this technical support, the Operator remains at all times the contractual provider of the sports bets and fully responsible for the offering on the basis of the licence granted.
9.2 Applicable Provisions for Bets
All bets are subject to the provisions set out in this section, as well as the betting rules referred to in Article 9.3. By placing a bet, the Account Holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these provisions and the betting rules.
9.3 Betting Regulations
The full betting rules are available here and may be provided to the Account Holder upon request. These rules form an integral part of the Agreement between the Operator and the Account Holder. By participating in the Services, the Account Holder confirms that he/she has taken note of these rules and agrees to comply with them.
9.4 Integrity Policy and Fraud Prevention
The Operator applies policies aimed at preventing fraud, money laundering and match manipulation. Suspicious transactions or bets may be investigated and, where necessary, may result in appropriate measures, including the restriction, suspension or invalidation of bets.
9.5 Changes and Availability of Bets
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the offering of bets at any time, including but not limited to available markets, limits, payouts and promotions.
9.6 Invalidation of Bets
A bet may be declared invalid if required under applicable laws and regulations, or in the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Operator..
9.7 Prohibition on Participation in Case of Personal Involvement
Participation is invalid if an Account Holder places a bet on an event in which he/she is personally involved (e.g., as an athlete, referee or organiser).
10. Casino Games
10.1 Offering
The Operator offers casino games via the Services.
Casino games may be technically facilitated by one or more external providers. The Operator shall at all times remain responsible for the product offered and shall act as the contractual counterparty of the Account Holder.
The Account Holder plays against the Operator when participating in casino games.
The offering of casino games may be modified, restricted or discontinued at any time.
10.2 Game Rules
Each casino game is subject to specific game rules, including the winning probabilities, payout percentages and the manner in which results are determined.
These rules are available prior to participation and can be consulted during gameplay.
By participating in a casino game, the Account Holder declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the applicable game rules.
10.3 Outcome of Games
Where applicable, results are determined by an approved Random Number Generator (RNG) or by the actual course of the game, such as in Games with a live dealer.
10.4 Errors, Malfunctions and Interruptions
In the event of an error, malfunction or irregularity in a casino game, the Operator may terminate the game and refund the stake.
Where possible, the situation will be restored to the state prior to the error.
For casino games involving a live dealer, additional rules may apply with respect to interruptions, technical malfunctions, connection issues and dealer actions. In such cases, the rules established by the game provider shall prevail, to the extent permitted by law.
10.5 Intellectual Property
The Operator shall not be liable for disputes relating to intellectual property rights of casino games provided by third parties.
10.6 Liability
The Operator shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of casino games, unless such damage is the result of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.
11. Bingo
11.1 Offering of Bingo Games
The Operator may offer bingo games via the Services.
Bingo games may be technically facilitated by an external provider. The Operator shall at all times remain responsible for the product offered and shall act as the contractual counterparty of the Account Holder.
Bingo games are played in accordance with predefined game structures and may take place with multiple Account Holders simultaneously.
The Operator reserves the right to introduce, modify, restrict or discontinue bingo games at any time.
11.2 Game Rules
Bingo games are subject to specific game rules, including but not limited to the game structure, patterns, winning probabilities and the manner in which winners are determined.
These rules are made available prior to participation and can be consulted during gameplay.
11.3 Bingo Rules
Bingo games are subject to separate rules.
These rules are made available via the Website and form an integral part of the Agreement between the Operator and the Account Holder.
By participating in bingo games, the Account Holder declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the applicable rules.
11.4 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of an error, malfunction or irregularity in a bingo game, the Operator may terminate the game and refund the stake.
Where possible, the situation will be restored to the state prior to the error.
12. Other Services
12.1 General
The Operator may offer additional Services or functionalities via the Website.
Such Services shall be governed by these Terms, supplemented by any specific rules or conditions made available in advance.
13. Complaints Policy
13.1 General
The Operator maintains a complaints procedure for Account Holders.
13.2 Submission of a Complaint
If an Account Holder wishes to submit a complaint, it may be addressed to the Operator’s customer support via the contact details available on the Website.
13.3 Acknowledgement of Receipt
The Operator shall acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 72 hours after receipt.
13.4 Handling of the Complaint
The Operator shall handle the complaint as soon as possible and shall respond no later than 8 weeks after acknowledgement of receipt.
The response shall include the Operator’s findings and its conclusion regarding the complaint.
13.5 Repeated Complaints
The Operator may decline to consider a complaint if it relates to a previously handled complaint and does not contain any new facts or circumstances.
The Account Holder shall be informed of this within a reasonable period.
13.6 Content of the Complaint
A complaint must include at least:
- clear identification of the Account Holder;
- a complete and clear description of the complaint;
- all relevant facts and circumstances.
13.7 Disputes
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be governed by the Applicable Law as set out in these Terms.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 Ownership
All rights relating to the Website and the Services, including but not limited to Software, Games, design, logos, trade names, texts and graphical elements, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and partners.
14.2 Right of Use
The Account Holder is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Website and the Services for personal and recreational purposes.
14.3 Prohibited Activities
The Account Holder is not permitted, without prior written consent of the Operator, to:
- copy, distribute or reproduce content;
- exploit the Website, software or Services in whole or in part;
- engage in reverse engineering or analyse the operation of the software;
- derive commercial applications from the Website or the Services.
14.4 Enforcement
In the event of a breach of this article, the Operator may take appropriate measures, including restricting, suspending or terminating the Player Account and recovering any damages, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Third Parties
15.1 Use of Third Parties
The Operator uses third parties for the provision of Services, including but not limited to:
- software providers (such as casino games and sportsbook);
- payment providers;
- verification and data companies;
- hosting and IT service providers.
These parties operate independently and under their own responsibility.
15.2 No Contractual Relationship
The Account Holder acknowledges that no direct contractual relationship exists between the Account Holder and these third parties.
All rights and obligations are exclusively between the Account Holder and the Operator.
15.3 Liability of Third Parties
The Operator shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to:
- errors or malfunctions;
- delays in payments;
- technical issues in third-party software;
- incorrect data from external sources,
to the extent that such damage is not attributable to the Operator.
15.4 Payment Providers
Payments are processed via external payment providers.
The Account Holder acknowledges that:
- processing times may vary;
- additional terms of payment providers may apply.
The Operator shall not be liable for delays, refusals or technical malfunctions on the side of payment providers, to the extent not attributable to the Operator.
15.5 Software Providers
Services, including casino games and sportsbook, may be provided by external software providers.
The Operator remains responsible for the general service, but not for specific technical errors or malfunctions in third-party software, to the extent not attributable to the Operator.
15.6 Verification and Data Sources
For verification and compliance purposes, the Operator may use external databases and services for identity and data verification.
The Account Holder agrees that his/her data may be verified through such sources.
15.7 Availability of Services
The Operator cannot guarantee that third-party Services will be available at all times or function without errors.
15.8 Changes to Providers
The Operator reserves the right to change third parties, adjust integrations or replace Services.
15.9 Force Majeure
If a third party fails, delays or becomes unavailable, this may be considered force majeure as defined in these Terms.
15.10 Network and Progressive Jackpots
Certain Games may include jackpot prizes that form part of a network or progressive jackpot system managed by an external supplier or game provider.
Such jackpot prizes are awarded solely on the basis of official confirmation and verification by the relevant game provider.
The Operator depends on the systems and decision-making of such provider for the determination and payment of such jackpot prizes.
In the event of a (potential) win of a network or progressive jackpot:
- payment shall be suspended until verification by the provider has taken place;
- additional checks may be carried out on gameplay, transactions and Player Account use;
- the decision of the game provider regarding the award of the jackpot prize shall be binding, to the extent permitted by law.
The Operator shall not be liable for:
- errors, delays or malfunctions in systems of third parties;
- incorrect display of jackpot amounts;
- failure to award a jackpot prize if the conditions have not been met.
If a jackpot prize is incorrectly displayed or awarded due to a technical error, system malfunction or mistake, the Operator reserves the right to:
- correct the jackpot prize;
- declare the relevant game results void;
- recover any amounts paid out, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Rights and Obligations
16.1 Assignment of Rights and Obligations
The Operator is entitled to assign its rights and obligations under the Agreement, in whole or in part, to a third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of (part of) the business.
Where required by law, the Account Holder shall be informed of such assignment.
17. Privacy Notice
17.1 Privacy Statement and Processing of Personal Data
The Operator processes certain personal data of the Account Holder. To understand which personal data the Operator processes and how the Operator uses the Account Holder’s personal data, the Account Holder may consult the Provider’s Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement informs the Account Holder about how the Operator safeguards the Account Holder’s personal data when visiting the Oranje Palace Website and/or using the Services, and informs the Account Holder of their privacy rights and how they are protected under the law.
17.2 Compliance with Laws and Regulations (GDPR)
In processing personal data, the Provider complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
17.3 Security, Liability and Indemnification
The Operator shall, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, use reasonable efforts to protect and secure personal data against loss or unauthorized access by third parties. However, the Operator shall not be responsible or liable for any damage suffered by the Account Holder or third parties as a result of the processing of personal data or any breach thereof, in the broadest sense.
The Account Holder shall indemnify and hold the Operator harmless against any claims from third parties, including but not limited to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
18. Amendments
18.1 Amendment of the Terms
The Operator may amend or supplement these Terms from time to time.
The Account Holder shall be informed in advance of any material changes via the Website and/or by email.
If the Account Holder continues to use the Services after such changes, this shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
18.2 Non-Acceptance of Amendments
If an Account Holder does not wish to accept the amended Terms, he/she must immediately cease using the Services.
For bets already placed or ongoing games, the Terms applicable at the time of participation shall remain in effect.
18.3 Version Control
The most current version of these Terms is available via the Website.
