What is Bunny Jitsu?

Bunny Jitsu combines an Asian martial arts setting with a white rabbit fighter, dojo elements, karate belts, carrots and electric Voltage effects. The base game uses a compact 3×3 grid, but during Hold & Win the play area can expand to a maximum of 7 rows.

The main gameplay revolves around Voltage Prize symbols on reels 1 and 3 and the Voltage Orb on reel 2. Depending on how these symbols land, they can activate Voltage Blitz or Hold & Win.

Main features

  • 3 reels and 3 rows in the base game
  • 5 fixed paylines
  • Voltage Prize symbols on reels 1 and 3
  • Voltage Orb on reel 2
  • Voltage Blitz for collecting Prize values
  • Hold & Win with 8 respins
  • Grid can expand to 7 rows
  • Each new row adds 3 respins
  • Multiplier boosts of 2×, 3×, 5× and 10×
  • Vortex Surge as an alternative route to Hold & Win
  • Grand, Major, Minor and Mini as fixed jackpot prizes
  • Maximum win of 6,000× the stake

Symbols

The regular symbols fit the martial arts theme and include a red karate belt, a Bunny Jitsu drink can and several coloured carrots. The World Champion belt symbol acts as the Wild.

Voltage Prize symbols and the Voltage Orb are responsible for the main bonus mechanics. Voltage Prize symbols can only appear on reels 1 and 3, while the Voltage Orb can only land on reel 2 during the base game.

Wild

The Wild is shown as a golden Bunny Jitsu World Champion belt and substitutes for regular paying symbols to help form winning combinations.

Voltage Prize symbols and the Voltage Orb are not replaced by the Wild. This means the Wild only supports regular payline wins and has no direct collection function within the Voltage features.

Voltage Blitz

Voltage Blitz is activated when a Voltage Orb appears together with at least one Voltage Prize symbol. The Voltage Orb then collects all Prize values currently visible.

The possible Instant Win values are 1×, 2×, 3×, 5×, 7× and 10× the stake. A Voltage Prize can also contain one of four fixed jackpot values: Grand at 500×, Major at 50×, Minor at 25× and Mini at 15× the stake.

All visible Prize values are collected by the Orb during Voltage Blitz.

Hold & Win

Hold & Win is activated when a Voltage Orb lands on reel 2 together with Voltage Prize symbols on reels 1 and 3. The triggering Orb and Prize symbols remain in place and their values are collected immediately. The feature then begins with 8 respins.

During Hold & Win, only Voltage Prize symbols can appear on the reels. The Voltage Orb remains in the centre position of reel 2 throughout the feature and collects new Prize values whenever they land.

The bonus starts on the original 3-row grid. Rows 4 to 7 are initially locked and can be opened during the feature.

Extra rows and respins

New rows are unlocked by collecting enough Voltage Prize symbols. Each newly opened row also awards 3 extra respins.

The standard thresholds are 6 collected Prize symbols for row 4, 13 for row 5, 21 for row 6 and 30 for row 7. Symbols that appear on a still-locked row remain there until that row is opened.

This allows Hold & Win to grow gradually from a compact 3×3 grid into a layout with up to 7 rows.

Multiplier boosts

Each extra row also adds a multiplier for Voltage Prize symbols landing in the highest active row. Row 4 uses a 2× multiplier, row 5 uses 3×, row 6 uses 5× and row 7 uses 10×.

Expanding the grid therefore provides several benefits at the same time: more available positions, extra respins and stronger multipliers for Prize symbols in the highest active row.

Vortex Surge

Vortex Surge can be triggered randomly when a Voltage Orb or Voltage Prize symbol appears during the base game. After activation, one Voltage Orb and a random number of Voltage Prize symbols are added to the grid, with at least enough symbols always placed to trigger Hold & Win.

When Hold & Win starts through Vortex Surge, the requirements for unlocking extra rows are reduced by 2. Row 4 then opens after 4 collected symbols, row 5 after 11, row 6 after 19 and row 7 after 28.

All other Hold & Win rules remain unchanged.

Jackpots

Bunny Jitsu includes 4 fixed jackpot prizes that can appear within Voltage Prize symbols: Grand, Major, Minor and Mini. The Grand is worth 500× the stake, Major 50×, Minor 25× and Mini 15×.

These jackpot values are part of the same collection mechanic as the other Voltage Prize symbols and do not form a separate bonus round. When a jackpot value is collected by the Voltage Orb, it is added to the total value of the relevant Voltage feature.

Why Bunny Jitsu stands out

Bunny Jitsu builds almost all of its main features around the same combination of Voltage Prize symbols and the Voltage Orb. Voltage Blitz introduces the basic concept by collecting visible Prize values, while Hold & Win extends that system across multiple respins.

The bonus develops further by unlocking additional rows. Each new row adds not only extra positions, but also 3 additional respins and a stronger multiplier for Prize symbols landing in the highest active row.

Vortex Surge ties directly into the same system by triggering Hold & Win and lowering the requirements for opening extra rows. This makes the different features feel like parts of one continuous Voltage mechanic.

Is Bunny Jitsu worth playing?

Bunny Jitsu is designed for players who enjoy Hold & Win features, expanding grids and respin bonuses that develop further during the feature.

This Koala Games release via RubyPlay OpenRGS combines Voltage Blitz, Vortex Surge, 4 fixed jackpots, multipliers up to 10× and a maximum win of 6,000× the stake.
