What is Langley Street 23?

Langley Street 23 introduces Marvin, the first resident of the mysterious Langley Street. On the surface, his life appears ordinary, but Marvin is convinced that he is constantly being watched.

That sense of surveillance and unease is reflected directly in the gameplay. Several features can be unlocked during play, including Mystery Symbols, Expanding Wilds and Cloning Wilds. The Surveillance TV can also trigger these mechanics or start a respin that can lead towards the Bonus Game.

Main features

  • Mystery Symbol
  • Expanding Wild
  • Cloning Wild
  • Surveillance TV
  • Bonus Game
  • Sticky Mystery or Sticky Wild bonus mode
  • maximum win of 10,000x stake

Mystery Symbol

Once the Mystery Symbol feature has been unlocked, Mystery Symbols can appear on any spin.

All Mystery Symbols reveal the same paying symbol or transform into Wild symbols. This can change several positions at once and create larger matching combinations across the grid.

Expanding Wild

When activated, the Expanding Wild covers an entire reel.

A fight then breaks out between the characters, and the multiplier value of the winner is applied to the corresponding win.

This combines a fully Wild reel with an additional multiplier mechanic.

Cloning Wild

The Cloning Wild creates a Wild on its own position and another Wild on the adjacent position immediately to the left.

This can create multiple Wild positions at once and increase the number of ways regular symbols can contribute to winning combinations.

Surveillance TV

The Surveillance TV acts as a central feature trigger in Langley Street 23.

When activated, it can trigger one of several effects:

  • Mystery Symbol
  • Cloning Wild
  • Expanding Wild
  • a Bonus trigger respin

This allows the Surveillance TV to activate several parts of the game's feature structure directly.

Bonus Game

Landing three or more Bonus symbols triggers the Bonus Game. During this feature, all of the game's main mechanics are unlocked, allowing Mystery Symbols, Expanding Wilds, Cloning Wilds and the Surveillance TV to interact within the same round.

Before the bonus begins, one of two bonus modes is activated: Sticky Mystery or Sticky Wild. This gives the feature a different starting setup depending on which mode is selected.

Sticky Mystery and Sticky Wild

The selected bonus mode determines which symbols become especially important during the Bonus Game.

In Sticky Mystery mode, Mystery Symbols remain active when they appear, while Sticky Wild mode focuses on Wild symbols that stay on the grid.

Because the other features are also available during the Bonus Game, these sticky symbols can combine with Expanding Wilds, Cloning Wilds and effects triggered by the Surveillance TV.

X-iter™

Langley Street 23 also includes X-iter™, ELK Studios' feature mode that gives players direct access to different game mechanics.

The available settings and conditions can vary by market, so the current options and terms should always be checked in the game itself.

Why Langley Street 23 stands out

Langley Street 23 stands out through the way its story and gameplay are closely connected. Marvin's sense of being watched is reflected in the Surveillance TV, Mystery Symbols and the unpredictable Wild mechanics.

The game also does not rely on a single bonus feature. Several mechanics can be unlocked during regular play, while all of them become available in the Bonus Game. The choice between Sticky Mystery and Sticky Wild also gives the bonus two clearly different starting points.
