NEW: the Lucky Sub

Is your player substituted? No problem!

With Lucky Sub, your bet remains active for 90 minutes, even if your player is substituted!

About this feature

To make betting on football even more fun, Oranje Palace is introducing a brand-new feature: the Lucky Sub. Have you placed a bet on a goalscorer, assists, shots on target or another player-specific market? And is your chosen player substituted before he fulfils the condition? No problem! Your bet automatically transfers to the player who comes on in his place.

For example, do you think Cody Gakpo will score a goal for Liverpool, but he’s substituted in the second half without scoring? Then your bet will automatically transfer to his replacement. Does that substitute score a goal? Then your bet is still a winner. This applies to all player-specific bets: goals, assists, shots (on target) and more.

How does it work?

  1. Log in to Oranje Palace and go to the Sportsbook.
  2. Select a match
  3. Add a bet on a specific player to your betting slip
  4. The Lucky Wissel logo will appear on your betting slip, automatically qualifying your bet for this feature
  5. Is your player substituted during the match? No problem – his replacement takes over the bet!

For the new season (26/27), the Lucky Switch will be available for the UEFA Nations League, Champions League, the Premier League and the Copa Libertadores.
