- The Lucky Wheel is available to players aged 24 or older who have a registered gaming account at Oranje Palace and have made at least one successful deposit within the last 30 days.
- A maximum of one spin per player per day is allowed.
- Prizes are randomly distributed based on the result of the spin.
- Prizes won are automatically credited to the player's account.
- Free Spins won as a result of the Lucky Wheel are played with a fixed bet amount.
- Players who are (temporarily) not eligible for bonuses are not allowed to participate in the Lucky Wheel.
- In the event of a malfunction, participation in the Lucky Wheel or the playing of Free Spins will be voided.
- To convert the bonus funds into real money, a wagering requirement of 1x the bonus amount applies.
- When you start playing, your real money balance will be used first. Only once this is fully depleted will the bonus funds be used.
- A maximum bet of €5 per game round counts towards the wagering of the bonus. Games played with a higher stake – and any winnings derived from them – will be voided.
- Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Bets with real money do not contribute.
- Not all games contribute equally to meeting the wagering requirements. Some contribute more than others, and some not at all
- Bonus funds cannot be used on: sportsbetting, jackpot games and live casino games.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Your real money balance can be withdrawn at any time.
- Requesting a withdrawal will automatically cancel your (potential) bonus balance.
