Lucky Wheel

What has Lucky got in store for you? Take a spin for a chance to win Free Spins.

Anything you win from those Free Spins is credited as real money, not bonus funds, with no extra wagering requirement.

• The Lucky Wheel is available to registered Oranje Palace players aged 24 or over who are eligible to receive bonuses.
• Players who are not eligible to receive bonuses at the time of the spin cannot participate in the Lucky Wheel.
• A maximum of one Lucky Wheel spin per player per calendar day is permitted. For this promotion, a calendar day runs from 00:00 until the start of the following day in CEST.
• To qualify for a daily Lucky Wheel spin, the player must complete a total of at least €5 in qualifying real-money wagers during the same calendar day.
• The Lucky Wheel becomes available automatically once the player has completed the €5 qualifying wagering requirement for that calendar day. No separate opt-in is required before placing qualifying bets. The player must expressly accept the applicable promotion terms before using the Lucky Wheel.
• All real-money wagers across all games and sports betting offered by Oranje Palace count towards the €5 daily wagering requirement, provided they are valid and settled. No game- or product-specific restrictions apply.
• Only bets funded from the player’s real-money balance count towards the qualifying wagering requirement. Bets placed using bonus money, promotional funds, Free Spins or other promotional credits do not count.
• Only valid, settled bets count. A bet is counted only once the corresponding game round or bet has been fully settled. Cancelled, reversed or voided bets do not count.
• The €5 qualifying wagering requirement applies separately to each calendar day. Wagers from different calendar days cannot be combined to meet the requirement.
• The €5 amount refers to the total qualifying amount wagered, not a required loss amount or a qualifying deposit. Wagering more than €5 does not entitle the player to additional Lucky Wheel spins on the same calendar day.
• The outcome of each Lucky Wheel spin is determined at random. A prize is not guaranteed, and a spin may result in no prize being awarded. Any prize won will be automatically credited to the player’s account.
• The Lucky Wheel may award 5–10 Free Spins. The number of Free Spins, the game on which they can be used and the fixed stake per Free Spin depend on the prize awarded and will be displayed in the player’s account.
• Free Spins are played at a fixed stake. The player cannot change the stake during the Free Spins.
• Awarded Free Spins are valid for 7 days from the time they are credited to the player’s account. This validity period is separate from the daily qualifying wagering period. Unused Free Spins expire automatically when their validity period ends.
• The outcome of each Free Spin is determined at random. Winnings from Free Spins are not guaranteed.
• Any winnings generated by the Free Spins are credited to the player’s balance as real money, not bonus funds. No wagering requirement applies to these winnings. The player does not need to wager them again before requesting a withdrawal.
• If a technical error results in qualifying wagers being recorded incorrectly, a Lucky Wheel spin or prize being processed incorrectly, or Free Spins being awarded or processed incorrectly, Oranje Palace may correct the error. Any correction or voiding of an affected spin, prize or play will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
• The Lucky Wheel is a promotional offer from Oranje Palace. Oranje Palace may refuse participation, withhold a prize or withdraw the Lucky Wheel where there are valid grounds to do so under these terms, the General Bonus Terms or applicable law.
• Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, Oranje Palace may investigate and temporarily withhold the relevant reward or winnings. Confirmed bonus abuse may result in the reward and related winnings being withdrawn and the player being excluded from future bonus offers, in accordance with the General Bonus Terms and applicable law.
• Participation in the Lucky Wheel is subject to these promotion terms, the General Terms and Conditions and the General Bonus Terms of Oranje Palace.
